Thank you for your entry, seriously, can you become a topic contributor for wikipedia because the current entries hosted there for our hobby is quite frankly drivel. I can't say I agree exactly with it but I agree with it on the most part and I definitely applaud your effort in putting it so clearly.

You are right in your points of their bait and switch tactics of low introductory rates and then switching them. One has to ask if this Sales Agent has any happy customers? Does the provider? Are they evasive when you ask questions? Do they give you answers that don’t mean anything (corporate mumble jumbo wording)?
If three companies quote pretty even and one is super cheap, you have to think to yourself: ‘what will be missing with this lower pricing?’ or ‘how green are these guys?’ If you have other thoughts, then you will get taken by companies who prey on your need to save (without thinking of the consequences). You can’t have wal-mart pricing & service also. Be happy with competitive pricing. You can’t do anything about the fees, so look for a company that has happy customers, takes their time with you (a good deal today, will be one two weeks from now) and answers all your questions.
