It is ok to theorize and post whatever the heck you want, but if you find that you are or were wrong and do not do anything about it the blog which you have worked so hard on will be pushed into the crap pile with so many others.
The constant updating of content is another way in which you can and will gain not only SERPs (search engine result pages) position, but also an increased readership since real people also love blogs which have a constant stream of helpful, unique, and all around good content. Now this is much easier said than done since creating content on a daily basis can be very difficult. One thing you can do is buy a program such as Microsoft word and begin writing the posts in advance being sure to date them. Once you have ten or so extra posts and you would like to take a break all you will need to do is log in to your blog account and copy and paste the post into the box. Personally I find writing comes to me very naturally and I get better and better the more I do it. With your first blog it will make an excellent practice blog and should be used as such make plenty of posts all well researched and remember that it usually takes anywhere from 6-12 months before you see success so keep working.
