Basically, affiliate marketing is like a salesman work, you “join a company” then you should help them sell their product and you will get your commission from your selling. The thing that make you different from a traditional salesman is you can work with so many company and sell many kind of product at a same time and make a great income from your commission. Of course this will be a huge advantage for you, coz in a real world, you cannot work with a lot of company at one of a time, it’s ussually an illegal way. I think this internet marketing bussiness is more like a “broker” or “provider”, like example, if some one try to sale his car, then you can find a buyer for him, after they’ve deal for the car, you will get your amoxil online commission because you’ve got someone to buy the car.. got it?

How this affiliate marketing work, well, in affiliate marketing, every affiliate marketer make a sale from an affiliate link. This affiliate link was given from the merchant (the owner of the product). How this affiliate link works?

Ussually you should need to fill a form. Merchant will ask you to fill in your name, address, what kind of payment do you want, or email, your phone number etc. After that you will be guide to read all of their affiliate agreement, it list all what to do or not to do as long as you join wwith their affiliate program. After you’ve agreed with all the agreement, you will get your affiliate link.

The next step is to promote this affilate link, like, you can put that link in your website, or in your email signature, and of course hoping that someone will click that link and make some buying from your link.. then you will earn your commission.

That’s just one of kind of ways to get money from the internet, let’s see the other way to get money from internet marketing.

1. Pay Per Sale Affiliate Program; with this kind of program, we can make money when someone buy a product through our affiliate link (like the example above) . Some example of product that ussually been promote with pay per sale program are e-book and software.

2. Recurring Affiliate Program; let me explain this kind of affiliate program with an example. Ussually products like web hosting services, an autoresponder software or anything like a membership program give you commission as long as a customer who came from your affiliate link stay in their program or service. Like, if someone click your affiliate link than he/she buy for example an autoresponder program (ussually you should pay monthly for an autoresponder program), then you will earn commission from the merchant, and if the same customer extend for the next month, you still got your commission.

3. Pay Per Lead Afiliate Program; This kind of affiliate program give you a flat rate commission for every leads / prospect who suited to the merchant qualification that came from your affiliate link. Some of the best Pay Per Lead affiliate program come from an insurance company or a loan application program.

4. Pay Per Click Affiliate Program; this kind of affiliate program give you a commission when someone click on an “advertising link” in your website. Who’s gonna pay for it? well, there is some company who are ready to pay if their advertising link been click by a visitor of our website . All you’ve to do is spare some spaces on your website for the program and you will earn commission from every click on the advertising link on your website. Nowadays, the most popular pay per click program is Google Adsense.

5. Pay per Search affiliate Program; This kind of affiliate program is just like a pay per click, the things that make it different is the model. If in Pay per click you’ll get pay when some one click on an advertising link, than in pay per search you’ll get a commission from every search that people make from your “special search engine box” and click on one or more link from the search result on your website. In other word, this pay per search program makes your website as a search engine. note: Google adsense also provide this kind of program.

6. Hybrid Program; This kind of affiliate program merge two or more kind of afiliate program that we’ve talked about earlier. for example, there is a merchant who will pay 10 cents for every people who just click on their link/banner in our website, then if that people buy the product, you will get another 15% commision from the product price.
